Bivouac Meadow Yurts

A prominent hill-side location with a panoramic viewpoint of North Yorkshire. A short walk from the Bivouac shop and cafe is our small community of seven Meadow Yurts.

Meadow Yurts can sleep up to four people (one double and two singles). They come with a wood-burning stove to keep the Yurt warm.

We also provide wood to fuel your fire, bed linen, robes and towels are also provided, but please note there is no electricity so please bring torches!

** The Meadow Yurts are open between Easter and the end of October each year **

  • Use of camping kitchen with power, gas hobs, communal seating and BBQ facilities.
  • Communal hot tub. Also available for private hire
  • Dogs are allowed in selected Yurts! A charge of £15 per dog, per stay applies
  • Swinton Country Club & Spa, Swinton Park and our stunning heritage parkland are just a few miles away (additional costs apply)
  • Mountain biking is available at Swinton Bivouac with a dedicated on site off-road track and bike hire (additional costs apply)
