Package Policies

These terms apply to weddings at Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort

• The resort's wedding ceremony is and vow exchange are not legally binding
• Couples are responsible for their wedding attire, wedding rings, passports/ID cards, certified letter or document from their embassy indicating intent to wed in Thailand with personal details, and divorce document if previously married.
• Location of the ceremony and dinner is subject to weather conditions
• Wedding ceremonies are conducted year-round with the exception of festive season
• 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve event and function space

Cancellation Policy

• A fee of 25% of the wedding package price will be charged for cancellations between 60 to 90 days prior to arrival.
• A fee of 50% of the wedding package price will be charged for cancellations between 30 to 59 days prior to arrival.
• A fee of 100% of the wedding package price will be charged for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival.
• Price is in Thai Baht and subject to 17.7% service charge and applicable taxes. Price and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
