Package Policies

• Prices are inclusive of VAT and services mentioned above. City tax of 3.60€ per person, per night, payable at the hotel, is not included
• Package not bookable during Holiday Season and Special Event Dates
• Booking can be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total cost
• In the case of extreme weather conditions, determined solely at the service provider’s discretion, the boat ride may be suspended. You will be notified and refunded the portion of the package cost if the case of cancellation. The boat operates on a pre-established route. Hence, en route stops are not permitted
• No credit will be issued for any unused service unless stated otherwise
