The price of New year’s stays doesn´t include an obligatory surcharge for programme (EUR 100,- / person over 15 years old).

Cancellation policy: - In case of cancellation of ordered wellness package, hotel will aplly the following cancellation charges:

Number of days prior to arrival / % of cancellation charge from net price of the Service Order

7 – 0, no-show / 90%

In case of your early termination of the spa stay without a serious reason caused by Force Majeure, all charges will be charged to the original order.
