Package Policies

• Services included in this rate must be booked 7 days before arrival
• In order to guarantee delivery of all services included, guests must stay in resort minimum 3 nights.
• No cancellation charges until 30 days before the expected arrival date except for bookings that includes dates between 23.12.2015 and 06.01.2016.
• Deposit of 30% will be charged at time of booking, remaining amount will be charged before arrival date.
• Rates include All Inclusive treatment.
• Infrastructure tax is not included and valid from August the 1st 2015.
• 1 USD per person per night must be paid directly at the hotel at the arrival.
